This pretty Grade II listed building, with its colour-washed walls and thatched roof, must be the archetypal country cottage. One of a pair, it is set in the unspoilt village of Malborough, just 2 miles from the sandy beaches of Thurlestone, Hope Cove and Soar Mill Cove. Dating from the 17th-century, this comfortably furnished, cosy cottage with its own small garden is close to the main street and within walking distance of the local shop and two village inns.
