Just a mile from the picturesque village of Constable Burton - famed for its wonderful gardens - this beautiful 300-year-old cottage is set on the farm of retired veteran jockey George Duffield M.B.E. and his wife Ann who trains both flat and national hunt horses. Offering well-appointed accommodation, it is ideal for a relaxing break and exploring the Dales, with Calendar Girls country not far. Racing breaks can be booked, tours of the racing yard can also be organised, and horses watched on the training gallops. Bustling Leyburn, 3 miles, York and Harrogate accessible for a day trip. Excellent pub serving good food, 1 mile.
