Situated down a country lane amidst the rolling hills and lush valleys of the beautiful North Devonshire countryside, Barton Court comprises 13th-century barns which have been cleverly and tastefully converted to offer accommodation of a very good standard. Fronted by lawns, terraces and flower borders, the holiday cottages enjoy the use of 5 acres of grounds, and each overlooks rolling countryside. Arranged around attractive landscaped gardens, adjacent to the owners' home, they are just a few minutes' walk from the village of Buckland Brewer with its popular 13th-century inn and traditional village shops. Sandy beaches at Westward Ho! and Instow are within 5 miles and the dramatic North Devon Coast or the famous Tarka Trail (cycle and footpath) are both nearby, with riding, fishing, sailing and other watersports available locally.
