Beautifully converted to a high standard from old barns, these two pretty cottages enjoy super views over their own large mature gardens, with meadows and woodland beyond. Set close to the owner's home, a path leads from the delightful, furnished gardens (with children's play area) through a gate to a lush 3-acre meadow bounded by a stream. Set in the charming Dartmoor village of Lustleigh with thatched cottages, a 15th-century church, tearooms and pub all set around the picturesque village green. These properties make an excellent base for walking, riding and exploring the many natural, and often pre-historic, wonders of the Dartmoor National Park. The historic city of Exeter is 17miles. The coastal resorts of Dawlish and Teignmouth boast beaches and facilities for water sports. Pub 500yards.
