Only half a mile from the Cornish coast, this cosy cottage is convenient for Bude's many attractions and amenities. Set on a road, it is within walking distance of the sea and extensive sands (famous for surfing), as well as the open grassland of Summerleaze Downs, the sea-water swimming-pool and Splash leisure complex. Most sporting facilities, riding and fishing are available locally, and other attractions include a museum, a nature trail in the grounds of 12th-century Ebbingford Manor, and sailing on the Tamar Lakes (8 miles).
