Dating back to 14th century medieval times, Laurel Cottage is grade II listed and retains much of its olde worlde charm with a pretty interior and cottage-style garden to the front and rear. Located 4 miles from many sandy golden beaches of the English Riviera, and seaside towns of Torquay, Paignton, Goodrington and Brixham. Historic Totnes is 4 miles away with an abundance of independent shops, bistros, health food shops and farmers market.
