Commanding fine uninterrupted views over pasture land and the sea beyond, this attractive detached home provides an ideal holiday retreat. Tastefully furnished and decorated to a very high standard, Little Forelands offers every comfort to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable break. The large south-facing garden boasts a fenced outdoor heated swimming-pool, grass tennis court, climbing frame, swings and table tennis. The property enjoys a light, spacious interior and is ideal for families with a small television room and large conservatory in addition to the attractive living room with open fire. The nearest beach is approximately a 10-minute walk, and footpaths from the edge of the village lead down to Forelands Beach (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), and Culver Down, (a National Trust area), which is rich in wildlife and good for bird-watching. The village of Bembridge offers a host of small shops, Post Office, fine eateries, pubs, as well as a windmill, Bembridge Ledge, the Lifeboat Station, and Bembridge Harbour with sailing and fishing - where the fresh daily catch of crab and lobster can be enjoyed. There are many interesting events and festivities throughout the year, and plenty of attractions around the island to be discovered. For the outdoor enthusiast there is golf, watersports, scenic walks, cycling and riding nearby; whilst Carisbrooke Castle, Osborne House and various National Trust homes and gardens can all be visited. Animal and wildlife centres, Shanklin Chine, Ventnor Botanical Gardens or Calbourne Mill are all within an easy drive. Pub ½ mile.
