A charming Grade II listed thatched cottage, dating back to 1700, in the heart of this small coastal village on the southern most tip of Devon, within walking distance of the sea. One of a row of 4, the property is stone-built and provides comfortable, cosy accommodation with its own garden. Sunny Thatch makes an excellent base for exploring the South Hams and Devon's coastline. Set in a conservation area the South Devon coastal path is a short walk away. Fabulous sandy beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive through pretty Devon countryside, whilst Salcombe can be reached via passenger ferry for sailing and other water sports. Kingsbridge with a good selection of shops lies only 5miles distant. Two excellent pubs in village.
