This haven of tranquility, designed and furnished in neutral colours with slate and wooden flooring, is only 200m from the banks of the River Tamar, dividing Devon and Cornwall. Situated in a UNESCO World Heritage site on the Bere Peninsula, the detached holiday cottage has shared use of the outdoor heated swimming-pool and the owner's 5 acres of exotic landscaped gardens. Within the gardens is an area overlooking the Tamar including a Caribbean-style summerhouse, barbecue and patio area. Nearby are several NT properties and the rugged beauty of Dartmoor. Tavistock, voted Best English Market Town, is minutes away, the Eden Project is under an hour and there are several beaches within easy driving distance.
