Situated on the waters edge with a lovely view across the creek and water lapping outside the front door, "Medina Cottage" provides a perfect relaxing holiday base.
The semi detached house is located within an exclusive, private development at Island Harbour, a marina on the River Medina, with a club house and restaurant close by, and a good variety of shops to be had at nearby Newport.
The area abounds in lovely riverside walks, whilst a visit to Queen Victoria's summer retreat at Osbourne House is a must, with both Cowes and Ryde only a short drive.
Shop 1.25 miles, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
