This charming 16th-century, Grade II listed thatched cottage stands alone with a pretty lawned garden of ½ acre. Set in an elevated and peaceful rural location within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it lies about 1½ miles from the village of Payhembury. Easily accessible is the East Devon Heritage Coast with Sidmouth, Exmouth and Lyme Regis, as well as the pretty town of Honiton (famous for its antique shops and lace).
