This modern town house is conveniently located in Ventnor's popular town centre, only 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes. Having been renovated throughout, it offers attractive, well furnished accommodation, ideal for extended families or two families holidaying together. Ventnor is a popular Victorian town, and is the southern most location of the island, so enjoys plenty of warm temperatures and a clean beach. It is also renowned for its beautiful Botanical Gardens, and scenic walks to the quaint village of Bonchurch. Within easy reach are the picturesque villages of Old Shanklin and St Lawrence, Niton with its lighthouse, and Godshill. There are plenty of attractions to visit, suitable for all ages all within easy driving distance - Blackgang Chine, The Needles rock formations with adventure park and chair lift, the magical walks into the Shanklin Chine, family entertainment such as a zoo, a castle, adventure parks, child's play areas, animal sanctuaries, bird and wildlife, golf, sailing, fishing, riding, excellent walks, especially along the stuning coastal routes towards West Wight, NT houses, gardens, museums,Yarmouth and Cowes noted for its yachting and nautical history, and Osbourne House, Queen Victoria's favourite holiday residence.
