This is a big, comfortable, well-equipped Edwardian semi-detached house with modern wing, giving plenty of room for two families or a large group. The views over the Camel estuary towards Bodmin Moor are spectacular. To the side are enclosed lawned gardens with patio, summer house and arbour. The picturesque and revitalised Wadebridge town centre is only ½ mile away. It is an ideal base for exploring the superb National Trust North Cornwall coastline, the fine beaches of Daymer and Polzeath (surfing a speciality!) and the harbour towns of Padstow and Port Isaac. Discover the legends of King Arthur whose castle is said to have stood on the cliff top at Tintagel, 16 miles. The Eden Project is only 20 miles away. For the more adventurous, watersports such as sailing and water skiing are available at Rock. Wadebridge itself offers a sports centre with indoor swimming pool, cycling and walking on the 'Camel Trail'. Facilities for surfing, sailing, riding, fishing and golf are easily reached. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs ½ mile.
