Enjoying an ideal location, adjoining open farmland, only 4 miles from picturesque Padstow where you can eat at Rick Stein's famous seafood restaurant or take a stroll to the quaint harbour. Seven superb beaches within 2 miles. Newquay, 12 miles. Tucked away at the end of a private lane these detached cottages offer comfortable light and spacious open-plan accommodation, each fully insulated and double glazed to make them ideal for all year round holidays, whilst the farmhouse, dating back to the 1700s, still retains some features from an earlier conversion to a B & B with private bar, and is well equipped to cater for larger families. This is an excellent area for surfing, sailing and wind surfing. Golf at Trevose 1½ miles and walks along the coastal path are close by. Wadebridge 8 miles offers a range of shops and leisure centre with indoor swimming pool. Take a ferry trip across the River Camel to Rock where watersports enthusiasts can enjoy surfing and water skiing. The Camel Trail cycle path is nearby. There are many lovely sandy beaches to be explored along this stretch of coastline, or take a boat trip to Puffin Island. Shop 1½ miles.
