This spacious wing of the owner's 17th century farmhouse overlooks the garden with fields beyond.

Surrounded by 176 acres with beef cattle and sheep, it makes a pleasant holiday home in this peaceful part of Devon. Exeter with its magnificent cathedral is 10 miles, and the south coast at Sidmouth 9.5 miles.

Local attractions include Killerton, Knightshayes Court (NT) and Crealy Adventure Park.

Shop 2.5 miles, pub with food 1.5 miles.

Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen, 1 single bedroom. First floor: Bathroom with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double plus 2 single beds with en-suite shower, toilet and basin, 1 double plus single bed.
