Tucked away down a long tree-lined drive, set in 12 acres of Cornish countryside fronted by the River Camel, are two renovated `upside-down' barn conversions. Each has oak floors, fully fitted kitchen with beech worktops, whirlpool bath and own garden and seating area. There is a shared recreation area for children, including swings, slide and sandpit. A footpath leads from the driveway into the heart of Camelford with shops and pubs (15 minutes). There is an excellent beach at Trebarwith Strand (3 miles), golf (1/2 mile), sports centre and indoor pool (1/2 mile), horse riding (1 mile), sailing/watersports at Rock (20 minutes), Eden Project (40 minutes). Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow are all a short drive away.

Shaker-style kitchen area with beech worktops and oak floor. Lower ground floor: Double bedroom (5ft brass bed). Two twin-bedded rooms. Bathroom/W.C. with shower over whirlpool bath.
