Nestling in the heart of historic Dartmouth and just 150yards from the quayside, this pretty cottage is tucked away up a stepped street (no access for cars) and has spectacular views of the castle and Dart Estuary from its first-floor living room and balcony. Adjoining another cottage, it has a lovely sunny walled courtyard garden to the front, and a small south-facing conservatory in which to enjoy the summer evenings with a glass of wine. Shops just a minute's walk away.
