This delightful cottage, with beams and plenty of character, is an annexe of a 400-year-old thatched farmhouse. It is set in large landscaped gardens with a stream and ornamental ponds. Exmoor, horse riding, trout fishing, golf and beaches, all within a few miles. Tiverton 14 miles, Barnstaple 13 miles. Village shop/pub/post office ½ mile.

Ground floor: Cloakroom with toilet & basin, kitchen/dining room, lounge. First floor: 3 bedrooms - 2 double (1 with en-suite shower room), 1 small single, bathroom with toilet & basin.
