This delightful, 160-year-old holiday cottage stands as one of a pair and has been extended and refurbished, enjoying two sun terraces, each with lovely harbour views. The coastal path and rolling cliffs of Berry Head are just a short walk away. This light, airy property is situated in a quiet location, close to harbour and town centre, where it is possible to catch the ferry to Dartmouth or Torquay. Brixham has much to offer, including its numerous restaurants with fish fresh from the sea. Good touring area with the Eden Project making an excellent day out. Pub 250 yards.
