This delightful stone cottage, circa 1845, stands as one of a pair in one of the island's prettiest working village settings. The picturesque village pond is immediately opposite, and the general store/post office is conveniently situated two doors away. Small mechanics workshop and restaurant next door (there may be some noise disturbance and early deliveries). Local pub within a short walking distance. The unspoilt Bonchurch shore is a 5 minute walk away. Ventnor town with its host of shops, pubs, restaurants and tea houses is a 15 minute stroll. The island has many attractions and walks, suitable for all ages, all year round.
