This former stables to The Hill (ref. 11628) has been carefully renovated to provide comfortable accommodation for larger parties. Situated at the end of a long drive in peaceful countryside between Derby and Melbourne in 3 acres of garden. There is stabling on request. Historic Swarkestone Bridge and Trents water sports area, an historic canal and local pubs are an easy walk. Calke Abbey and Derby with its theatres, clubs, restaurants and good shopping under 15 minutes drive.American Adventure 12 miles. Ashbourne and Dovedale are 14 miles, Matlock Bath, 20 miles and Alton Towers just 22 miles. Shop and pub ½ mile.
