Surrounded by woodland / Games room_The Old Sawmills is a large house in the hamlet of Barbrook just 1.5 miles from Lynton and Lynmouth, with the West Lyn river just beyond the holiday cottage’s grounds. The house is perched on the side of a hill on a narrow no-through lane which ends after several miles in open moorland._The cottage was converted in 1840 and has many original features including beams and an inglenook fireplace. The enclosed garden, which is on various levels, is steep, wild and rambling. There is a small games room with table football and under the dining room table there is a half sized snooker table. _Porlock, 10 miles, can be reached via the Exmoor National Park. Lynmouth has the cliff railway and the valley of the rocks which is a walker’s paradise. There is horse riding, fishing, bird watching and windsurfing available locally, or you can take a jeep safari across the stunning moors._Shop 200 yards, pub 1 mile and restaurant 2 miles._Lower ground floor: 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 twin.
