Formerly an 18th century school, this spacious and attractively furnished apartment offers well presented accommodation, with partial sea views. Located a short walk uphill from the town centre in an elevated position alongside the NT owned Boniface Downs, a rich haven for wildlife and lovely walks. The popular sand and shingle beach is within walking distance, or visit unspoilt Steephill Cove nearby. Tennis Club across the road (holiday membership by arr). Excellent walking along the heritage coastline, as well as fishing, riding, cycling, golf and various water sports. Shops 300 yards, pub 250 yards.
