This stone built barn is converted to a very good standard set in a quiet rural location just 7 miles from the Dartmoor National Park and within easy access of the A30. Forming part of the farm at Brockscombe, children can help collect eggs or feed the lambs with a large field to play and run around, along with swings and other outdoor play equipment. Okehampton, 8 miles. Tavistock is a short drive, whilst the seaside resorts of Bude and Bideford are approximately 1 hour away. Roadford Lake is just 5 miles. Shops and pubs 2 miles.
