Converted from a 17th-century barn, these properties back onto the attractive courtyard and stables of the owners' thatched period home and overlook their orchard and pastures; where guests are free to wander. Hayes sheep farm has lovely views of typical Devon countryside, well-established extensive gardens and a grass tennis court. In the pretty village of Exbourne there is a choice of churches within walking distance, and numerous excellent restaurants/pubs to be found.
