A charming cottage in a small quiet village in the Blackdown Hills. Dating back to the 17th century, the cottage retains many original features including an inglenook fireplace and oak beams. It is about 4 miles from Cullompton and M5 junction. Coast at Beer, Sidmouth and Exmouth, 30 minutes drive. Good base for Exmoor, Dartmoor and Exeter. Leisure facilities available include fishing, horse riding and swimming. Village shop and pub ¼ mile.
