About 300 yards from centre of Kington, quietly located in grounds of owner's home, restored and converted to a good standard, much character, on first floor over the original 18th-century coach house, and with large attractive gardens. Excellent walks, including Offa's Dyke, Hergest Ridge, well placed for exploring Herefordshire, Wye Valley, Welsh borders and south Shropshire. Hay-on-Wye and Leominster are both about 15 miles. Shops and pubs 300 yards, regular bus service 50 yards (excluding Sundays).
