This period terraced holiday home has undergone complete refurbishment and offers cosy family accommodation. Conveniently located away from the high street, yet only a few minutes' walk from the town centre with shops, taverns and restaurants.
The high speed passenger ferry to Southampton, the car ferry, marinas and sailing clubs can be found close by. There are good public transport links to many attractions such as Osbourne House, Barton Manor, Carisbrooke Castle and The Needles rock formations.
Shop 0.1 miles, pub and restaurant 0.2 miles.
Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen, separate toilet, 1 adult bunk bedroom plus childs bunk. First floor: Bathroom with separate shower, toilet and basin, 2 kingsize bedrooms (both can also be twin rooms, zip-link beds).
Gas central heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, DVD player, video, radio, CD player, washing machine, freezer, microwave, enclosed garden, patio, garden furniture, on street parking. Sorry, no pets. No smoking please. NB: There is an unfenced pond in the garden. Young children will require supervision.
