In a lovely rural setting on the outskirts of Cheriton Bishop, 1 mile north of the Dartmoor National Park, are these well presented, single storey holiday cottages. W40460 is attached to the owner's farmhouse for two, and both are in an excellent holiday location, only 8 miles from Exeter with its catacombs, cathedral, shops and many other attractions.

On your doorstep the park offers marvellous walking, climbing, pony trekking and superb scenery. Nearby enjoy glorious walking through the Teign Gorge and the dramatic moorlands of Dartmoor, or visit Castle Drogo (NT), the Canonteign Falls and the Miniature Pony Centre.

There are also lots of outdoor activities on offer, including coarse fishing onsite (tackle available to borrow), golfing, riding and tennis, lots of wildlife including hares, deer and pheasant, and birds galore. Evening meals available for a small cost using fresh local produce. The property can be booked with W40490.
