Situated in the heart of a working livery, above the tack room and stables, this spacious first floor apartment has views overlooking the yard, where you can watch the horses being cared for.

Adjacent to the main farmhouse, the property is just half a mile from the quiet village of Pentrich, with the Amber Valley and the beautiful Peak District National Park close by.

The Midland Railway with steam trains running regularly, and Crich tramway museum are a short drive away. Arkwright and Masson Mills are both well worth a visit, and both Hardwick Hall and Chatsworth make excellent days out. Riding stables can be found 10 miles away, and pony trekking 2 miles.
