From Limerick: - Take the N24 for Tipperary. - Enter the Main Street in Tipperary Town and at the traffic lights turn right. - Shortly after the traffic lights you will pass the Royal Hotel on your right, followed by the Creamery. Cross the railway line and continue till you reach the traffic circle. - Turn right at the traffic circle and follow the main road past the signs for the Ballinacourty Hotel and the Ballyglass House Hotel on the right hand side. - Continue until you reach another T-junction (there are signs indicating the Glen of Aherlow and The Aherlow House Hotel) and turn right, following the road up the mountain, past the hairpin bend. - Just after cresting the top of the mountain, there is a road to the right, which has the Aherlow House Hotel and Lodges sign. Take this road and follow it down the mountain until you reach the hotel. From Cork: - Take the N8 for Dublin and at the Cahir traffic circle take the Limerick road N24 for Tipperary Town. - Enter the Main Street of Tipperary Town and at the T-Junction/traffic circle turn left. - Continue down Main Street to the traffic lights and turn left. - Shortly after the traffic lights you will pass the Royal Hotel on your right, followed by the Creamery. - Continue as above.
