Gartan Lake and outdoor Centre (10 miles away)

Grianan of Aileach (18 miles away)
The massive stone wall was probably built in the Christian era, but the bank and ditch surrounding the fort date to the early Iron Age
Glenveagh National Park (24 miles away)

By Car:
From Derry:
- Coming into Letterkenny, go through the roundabout at the Dry Arch and continue straight to the Ramelton Road Roundabout.
- Continue straight through towards Letterkenny town until you reach the Station Roundabout.
- Stay in the left lane and take the second exit towards Main Street.
- At the traffic lights, Gallaghers is on the right-hand side
From Sligo:
- Follow directions to Donegal.
- When in Donegal, follow directions to Ballybofey and then to Letterkenny.
- Then, as above.
By Boat:
Dublin, Dun Laoghaire, Belfast and Larne are served by car ferry from Britain. Rosslare and Cork are served by ferries from Britain and France.
By Air:
You can fly into Ireland's major international airports - Dublin, Shannon, Knock, Belfast, Derry and Cork, some of which have onward connections with airports in the region - Sligo and Donegal.
