Than take a taxi to the Castle ( about 10 minutes ). By plane from Brussel: From the Brussels airport you follow the motorway E40 to Luik. Near Luik you follow the Motorway E25 to Maastricht. Follow this motorway through the city (several traffic lights). Turn left in the direction of Meerssen. Turn right at the first intersection. You are now at the Meerssenerweg. After several kilometers you turn left in the direction of Weert and cross the railway twice. Then you will drive straight on the drive-way of Vaeshartelt Castle. By car from Maastricht: Follow Meerssenerweg, after several kilometers exit Weert (on the left side) and cross the railway twice; then straight on to the drive way. By car from Heerlen: Motorway A-79 Heerlen-Maastricht, exit 1 Rothem-Bunde; at the end turn to the right. Turn left at the first fork, direction Maastricht. Then the first road on the right side (direction Weert) and cross the railway twice. You'll drive straight on the drive way of Vaeshartelt Castle. By car from Eindhoven: Motorway A2 Eindhoven-Maastricht. Follow the motorway untill you enter the traffic lights; turn right and turn right again at the next traffic lights. Follow the Meerssenerweg. After several kilometers exit Weert (on the left side) and cross the railway twice; then you'll drive straight on the drive-way of Vaeshartelt Castle.
